iToldYouSo Rules & Scoring
Rules
iToldYouSo is footy tipping made easy. Instead of picking 8 winners each week, you only have to pick 1! However there are 2 simple rules.

1. You can't tip the same team to win 2 weeks in a row. i.e If you pick Sydney to win in Round 1, then you can't tip Sydney to win in Round 2.

2. You can't tip the same team to lose 2 weeks in a row. i.e If you pick Carlton to lose in Round 1, then you can't tip Carlton to lose in Round 2.

Scoring
Each week you will be awarded a score based on your tip. If your team wins you will recieve a positive score of the winning margin. If your team loses then you will recieve a negative score of the losing margin. If it is a draw then you get 0 points for this round.

i.e Round 1 you pick Sydney to beat Carlton. The result is Sydney 102 defeats Carlton 72. You score 30 points.

Each week 1 game is selected as Match of the Round. This game is picked due to the difficulty of tipping a winner. It is not always the 'best' game, or the teams up the top of the ladder. This game is worth double points, so if you are keen to make up some points, this could be your chance. However, if you get it wrong you will get double negative points.

i.e You pick Essendon to beat Collingwood in the Anzac Day battle. The result is Essendon 82 loses to Collingwood 97, as it is match of the round it is double points so -15 x 2 = -30 points.

The Winner
The winner of the competition is the person with the highest score at the end of the home & away season. Points are calculated at the end of the round & are added or subtracted from your previous score.
